Product Description
This high quality T-BAP repair harness typically fixes Polaris engine codes:
- SPN 102, FMI 3, 4, 2
- SPN 105, FMI 3, 4
- SPN 1127, FMI 0, 3, 4, 31
- SPN 2629, FMI 3, 4
Some symptoms of a bad T-Bap harness are engine will run poorly, no power, poor idle and engine miss. This will be very noticeable when riding in changing elevations.
This harness will fit the Polaris 1000 RZR Turbo. The Polaris 1000 RZR Turbo uses 2 of these sensors so you may need to purchase 2 of them if you are not sure which one is bad. One sensor is located on the end of the throttle body and the other is on top of the intake/intercooler assembly.
Please do a visual comparison to make sure you are ordering the correct part.

2016 RZR Turbo Harness Repair
I bought two of these, one for sensor on the intake and the other by the throttle body. This is exactly what my turbo needed. The harness by the intake had a short causing my RZR to idle rough and also caused a bad hesitation upon acceleration. After I put the new harness in per the instructions, the RZR idles super smooth and it fixed the hesitation. The quality of the harness is much better than Polaris piece of crap, that is why I bought two, even though I probably only needed the one on intake pants by the inter cooler. By the way, I have been trying to resolve this problem for about 6 months, even the dealer couldn't figure it out. Seriously, 80% of all EFI problems are likley harness issues. Strongly advise if you have an older RZR turbo to get these harnesses. The turbo puts off a lot of heat and on long rides your machine can get heat soaked especially if you don't have any cooling upgrades (like the 2016 model desperately needs).
