Some symptoms of a bad T-Bap harness are engine will run poorly, no power, poor idle and engine miss. This will be very noticeable when riding in changing elevations.
This harness will fit all Polaris EFI 700cc - 1000cc 550cc 570cc machines with the exception of the RZR 900.

T-BAP WIRING REPAIR HARNESS
In June of 2021 I purchased a 2005 Polaris Sportsman 700 EFI from the original owner with 165 hours and 42 hours. The machine was in perfect condition. I changed all fluids, filters, and plugs just because it was 16 years old. During the course of the maintaintence I started and rode the machine, for 5-10 minutes, a many times, it started and ran perfectly. The first time I took it into the field, I rode for about 45 minutes on some aggressive Colorado terrane, stopped for a rest, and then started back up, and the machine stalled. It did this repeatedly, some time running for a few hundred yards, and then stalling again. A friend had to tow me back to the truck. Rechecked all connections for all harnesses, everything looked perfect, the machine only ran for 40 some hours, it was like brand new. Took another ride and after 45 minutes or so had the same problem. After reading on the Internet I learned about the Polaris wiring issues and found the OTB T-BAP Repair Harness. It arrived quickly, was easy to install, and everything now works perfectly. When I look at the end of the harness I replaced it looks just great, however, it did not work.

Just what the doctor ordered. My 05’ sportsman 700 EFI was stalling and the idle was hanging up. This plug fixed the problem very easily! Make sure you connect all 4 wires correctly!
