This high quality replacement ignition switch repair harness fixes issues with melted ignition switch connectors from overloaded or shorted connections. This 7 inch long harness has all 6 positions loaded and comes with sealed crimp splices. This harness fits various 2021 and up Polaris vehicles that use the new style sealed connector ignition switch. Make sure you do a visual inspection of the connector on your harness to confirm this is the correct part.
Some symptoms of a bad ignition switch and or switch wiring are:
- Vehicle will not power on when key is turned. ( Always check that the battery is good and fully charged )
- Vehicle will not crank or only crank some of the time. ( Always check starter solenoid and starter )
- Vehicle will randomly quit running as if the Ignition switch was turned off. ( No Instrument Cluster, No Headlights, No Crank)

Like OEM Repair
The connector I ultimately needed was a 4-pin and Eric was able to make one for my ‘23 Polaris Sportsman ignition that fit like factory. Quality parts used included a piece of heat shrink wrap to seal repair from pigtail to harness. Fast shipping too. Will use OTB again if I need to.
