This high quality replacement ignition switch repair harness fixes issues with melted ignition switch connectors from overloaded or shorted connections. This 7 inch long harness has all 4 positions loaded and comes with sealed crimp splices. This harness fits all Polaris vehicles where the ignition switch has 2 position off/on and the start function is controlled from the handle bars.
Some symptoms of a bad ignition switch and or switch wiring are:
- Vehicle will not power on when key is turned. ( Always check that the battery is good and fully charged )
- Vehicle will not crank or only crank some of the time. ( Always check starter solenoid and starter )
- Vehicle will randomly quit running as if the Ignition switch was turned off. ( No Instrument Cluster, No Headlights, No Crank)
