Product Description
This high quality replacement ignition switch repair harness and ignition switch fixes issues with melted ignition switch connectors from overloaded or shorted connections. This 7 inch long harness has all 6 positions loaded and comes with sealed crimp splices. The ignition switches are imported, however we take each one apart and inspect quality, and add dielectric grease to the contacts of each one and test them before they go out. Please note the ignition switch in this kit has 3 positions (OFF/ON/START).
Some symptoms of a bad ignition switch and or switch wiring are:
- Vehicle will not power on when key is turned. ( Always check that the battery is good and fully charged )
- Vehicle will not crank or only crank some of the time. ( Always check starter solenoid and starter )
- Vehicle will randomly quit running as if the Ignition switch was turned off. ( No Instrument Cluster, No Headlights, No Crank)
